Temporary Tires...

I was on my way home from Night Fly's place this past week and as I neared Nashville I had to pick up speed to keep with traffic. I was doing 83 in a 55 or 60 and running pretty solid with traffic. All of the sudden I get passed by a suped up Honda Civic. It was black with white racing stripes, large tires and mag wheels. I then noticed that the front left tire was a tiny temporary tire...

He had to be doing 90+ on that temporary tire...in a Honda Civic!!!!

Last time I checked...I thought you could only go like 35mph on one of those things...isn't that what they suggest? It was the size of a large wheel barrow tire...

I've seen those kind of people before. Just wait until that things blows out.

I live in pretty much redneck country so it is a pretty common site around here.


Hell, I've even seen cars with two tires like that and smoking like a mosquito sprayer.
