How many people agree with telling people how it is instead of bullshitting the truth to make them feel better? If someone smells bad, tell them they smell bad - don't try to hide it. If we never tell them they will never know anythings wrong therefore they will never fix it.

So how many people are with me?

there is a good lie and a bad lie. If they go up to and they smell like shit, you dont go "HEY U SMELL LIKE SHIT!", I dont think they are gonna say "oh he is being truthful, whatta great guy" they gonna think u an ass. Sometimes it dont even matter, why do u even gotta say anything? ur not bullshitting anything if u keep ur mouth shut. If they ASK then u can tell them.

No offense RyanH, but EVERYONE says that, because it sounds so noble and honorable. But we all lie about shit like that. I have no problem lying to someone to spare their feelings long as no harm can come of it. In other words, what sounds good on principle doesn't always work in practice.

I never tell people they are ugly, like when girls used to send me their pics when I put a personal add on yahoo (heh) and they were nasty I would just ignore their emails, or when they would send them to me in chat, I would say it came out corrupted. I try to be honest but sometimes you have to bs, for example, if I said to my boss: Hey! 'You're a short, fat, girly-voiced, balding piece of dungbeatle shit' then I 'might' get fired.
