Im 18 years old and i want to get my body in shape and i want to look like my idol "the rock" what i need to know is what should i start doing? can you provide me with a day by day scehdule? i really want to get fit and built.
 
Diet and Dedication will do wonders. Do a search on training splits and see what comes up. Find the one that you have time for and if it fits your needs. First thing would be correct form. Dont worry about the weight.
 
Do 3 sets of 10 on bench press and you should look like the Rock in about a week.. Seriously---go into search and see what they say. start with basic exercises like bench, squat, military. Build up a base first. if youve never lifted do 3 sets of 10
