Technical support online chat thingies

So I am talking with my ISP through a little online chat window, and I am really tempted to ask the lady questions such as "Are you scared of yellow crayons?" Or perhaps confess to her "sometimes when I poop I begin to cry because it is so beautiful." You know, to spice it up a bit. The potential for whole hearted family fun is right there, but I can't pull the trigger. Has anyone done such a thing before?
