I am 19, and have done 4 cycles so far... I am 2 weeks into my first cutting cycle(1200mg test suspension, 800mg eq, 100mg winstrol, 100mg masteron, 1/4cc arimidex eod, and an eca stack) and i am not sure how to go about it. I am at about 8-10%bf, and looking to drop to about 5% and cut up... I have always lifted for mass 6-8 reps on all exercises... My question is, when i am doing flat bench, incline press, and shoulder press, is it okay to go heavier(6-8 reps) on them, and in all other lifts go 10-15 reps???
I am just wondering if the winny, masteron, and eq is enough to cut me up with that exercise routine... Also a second question is: Is it a low bodyfat that makes you look ripped, or is it more about doing higher reps? For instance if i lift all exercises 6-8 reps and am at 5% bf, will i be as cut as i would be at 5% bf lifting 12-15 reps? Thanks guys
