i can do it. white boy here can dance. hop to the side, the leg on the outside (hop to the right then the right leg, hop to the left then the left leg) put your weight on you heel with your toes in the air. then the inside leg put your weight on your toes and the heel in the air. Switch back and forth each time you hop.
That is the main component of the c-walk, in the vid added a little jazz to it but it's very east to do that too.
