I've been using for it for the past 2 weeks and found it to be very good with appetite suppression and energy boost....No shakes either.

I take 2 caps at 8am and another 2 caps at 2pm 40mins before I go to the gym...

No added caffeine, just the natural caffeine, theobromine, and theophyline in the Tea-3.
