Started 2 weeks ago:
650 TC load 200 eod
175 ND load 50 eod
everything OK.
On the start of week 2 the usual eod, but added:
120 TA load 83 eod (1st time with TA)
I had some night time heat, but nothing major, BP just slightly elevated, not high, but a little higher than my usual 115/60, Resting HR up by 12 beats. Yesterday I noticed some water bloat(bp still good), and the slightest peble sized lump under my L nip has come back. It's not noticable, but have no use for it! The bloat I would blame on the TC, but I've been through much higher doses, and not had this. I reduced the TA for todays pin by 20%, and added some b-6, and other anti-e herbs. Do ya think TA is just too much for me?? If I start out much lower eod next time, and work my way up would I be less prone to the sides? I'd love to be able to use TA. I feel great though! Maybe a little bit cranky, not hard to handle. I might incorporate 10 ed of Nolva, but been told it'll slow the gains.
