i am not doing this...this is just a question that i was thinking of.... so dont flame me haha...

what kind of workout program would you follow ....

example...

bench press 290lbs x 8,6,4 reps?

or

bench press 290x 12 10 8 reps

high reps or low reps...if you wanna cut and get hard?
and would you be doing alot of cardio...and obviously watching your diet...

does it really matter how you lift to become cut? and hard?
 
i got over the numbers thing years ago after fucking up my shoulder I had to cut the weight back and stop lifting heavey in the low 1-4 rep range and stayed in the 8-12 some times even 15 20 rep range my physic took a change for the better i gained more muscle mass, more shape and tone and look better then i did doing the heavy lifting programs.
