I know my first post, but trying to find out some info after hours of searching and reading. I'm 25 5'6 150. Been going to the gym for 5 years. Have been taking supps (protein, creatine, vit) for years. Last year I had double carpel tunnel surgery and lost almost 20 pounds over the year. I have put on 10 and cannot gain anymore. Tried 3-5k diets. I know how, when and what to eat but am very very active all day. Just recently got my hands on some 10mg Tbols. Im looking at doing a 6 wk cycle of tbols only. Starting at 20mg then up to 40mg. Taking it easy for a noob! My questions are for pct. And during.
1- I read that you do and do not a serm beacuse of its non androgenic state , but some say to take it anyway?
2-I read to take liv52 or milk thistle before and after or during cycle. Which is true?
3-And do I need a test booster post cycle?examples.
