Tbol Cycle Log: Updated

WARNING: This is very long.

I know there have been a lot of questions raised lately over the use of Tbol so I decided to post up a log of my experience. Here goes nothing:

I will keep you updated and measure weight every 3-4 days (my weight usually goes +-3lbs b/c of water and I wanted to avoid bias)

Well guys I decided to start a log for a cycle of BD Tbol at 30mg/day. If I feel that the dosage is not doing it, then I will increase by 10mg. The only change in my diet has been the amount of supplements added and shakes taken during the day.

I am also on a few OTC supplements: Multi-Vitamins, No2, Niacin, Magnesium & Potassium, Chromium Picoliniate, HMB, and several Amino Acids. The protein powders I use are: Nitro-Tech, Countdown Pre and Post workout, and MHP 12hr.

My diet is pretty much the same each day since I live in a pretty restricted environment with a meal plan (college):
8:00AM: Breakfast – Eggs, Bacon, Chicken and some form of starch (Hash browns, biskets, etc.) 40-50g Protein
12:30PM: Pre-Lunch – Deli Sandwich consists of wheat bread, meat and cheese totaling 50g Protein
1:30PM: Lunch – Fast Food before class, usually chicken or a sandwich: 30-40g Protein
6:00PM: Dinner – Whatever is on the menu, Stir-Fry, Grilled Chicken… etc. usually 40-55g Protein.
11:00PM: Before Bed 20-25g of protein in a sandwich with powder and pb&J
Totaling: 180g - 220g Protein from food (Does not include Shakes/Supplements)

Starting weight: 176 lbs



Day 1 11/14 : Tbol - 10mg morning 20mg afternoon. Workout in the afternoon, no overall different in feeling.
Diet: 305g Protein Total, Pre-Workout Shake 25g protein 50g Carbs, Post-Workout shake 60g Protein 50g carbs.

Day 2 11/15: Tbol – 10mg morning 20mg afternoon. A bit noticeable increase in energy, but no pumps in the gym.
Diet: 330g Protein Total, Morning slow acting Proteins 20g Protein, Pre-Workout Shake 25g Protein 50g carbs, Post-Workout shake 50g Protein 50g Carbs, Before bed 20g Shake.

Day 3 11/16: Tbol - 10mg morning 20mg 1PM 10mg 4PM. A little bit of extra energy but once again it could be just the mood. Still no pumps or noticeable difference.
Diet: 305g Protein Total, Usual Pre-Workout 25g 50g carbs, Post workout 55g 50g carbs, shake is 20g with a 2nd pb sandwich 15g.
Upped the dosage from here on out we'll see how my body reacts within the next couple of days.

Day 4 11/17: Tbol - 10mg morning 20mg 1PM 10mg 3PM.
Well I guess you could say day 4 is the day it kicks in.
Noticed a lot of extra energy throughout the day, and a bit of extra energy in the gym. Pumps were decent during the workout, but only comparable to NO-Explode, nothing incredible.
Diet: Diet: 330g Protein Total, Morning 12h extended Protein 25g, Usual Pre-Workout 25g 50g carbs, Post workout 55g 50g carbs, shake is 20g with another wheat sandwich. I weighed myself today and somehow I’m up to 179.6, probably just water but I figured I’d share with every one.

Day 5 11/18: Tbol - 20mg morn. 20mg 3PM
Diet: Same as above.
Pumps are great during workout. Noticed a little bit of water retention so I started a small dosage (.25mg ED) Armidex.

Day 6 11/19: Tbol - 20mg morn. 20mg 3PM
Diet: 4 meals + MRP shake and post workout.
Well I think I might be coming down with something, I feel a bit weak today but I did just start up a new set of vitamins so it might be the case.

Day 7 11/20: Tbol - 20mg morn. 20mg afternoon
Diet: 4 Meals + Post workout 60g shake.
Pumps continue to be great.

Day 8 11/21: Tbol - 20mg morn. 20mg afternoon
Diet: Same as above, trying to keep it pretty normal as far as 'feeding times' go.
This is the end of week one and I feel great, after reading a couple of other posts I see that other people are experiencing the same increase in energy and just overall feeling.

Day 9 11/22: Tbol - 20mg 5AM. 20mg 11AM
Diet: A little slacking because today I was in a car for 4+ hours and only had time for breakfast and the lunch I packed.
No workout today.

Day 10 11/23: Tbol - 20mg Afternoon 20mg 3Hr Later
Diet: A bit of a diet change since I am in a different environment. I will be eating a lot more whole foods as well as more meat since it will be available to me now (remember I'm usually a starving college student). Post workout shake as usual.
Workout was good today, I am still unable to train chest heavy because of a torn pectoral but other than that pumps are getting stronger.

Day 11 11/24: Tbol - 20mg 10AM 20mg 2PM
Diet: Turkey Day: No breakfast today but of course a huge 2PM meal followed by several hours of sleep.
No workout today, I got lazy from all the turkey.

Day 12 11/25: Tbol - 20mg 7AM 20mg 1PM
Diet: Early morning shake followed by a 10AM workout to get all that turkey out of my system :). Post Workout shake also.
Early morning workout was great; I used my local gym which FINALLY has a free weight power rack. I was able to do 365x6x3 which is a great increase over my previous rep max.

Day 13 11/26: Tbol - 20mg Morning 20mg Afternoon
Diet: Lacking today just ate a lot of junk as well as 2 meals of fast food.
Workout was mid afternoon, pumps are still great. Also note I am still taking in just over 1gal of water per day.

Day 14 11/27: Tbol - 20mg Morning 20mg Afternoon
Diet: Lazy Sunday. 1 meal out, ate 2 large steaks in mid afternoon also. No MRP or shakes.
Workout was slow paced today, also did 20min of running at 7:30 pace (first cardio since beginning Tbol)

Day 15 11/28: Tbol - 20mg 8AM 20mg 2PM
Diet: Back into the usual routine of 4-5 meals per day and MRP shakes. I also added several other supplements: B complex, Amino Acids, and a different multi vitamin (ran out of my previous one). I have also upped my calories by 500 per day to ensure that my body will have enough 'food'.


Here's the kicker, my weight is now at 185.4 using the same scale as before. I have no signs of fat gain even with an increase in calories in my diet(With 2 different anti-estrogens I thought it was note-worthy).


Note:
I also started Nolvadex (BD Tamoxifen) 10mg/day at around day 5. I am VERY gyno prone (have already had 1 surgery to clear out childhood gyno at 16).

176-185, little or no visable fat gain, thats a 9.5 gain in two weeks... !?!?!

Percieved water gain? with the nolva i will guess no, no with tbol anyway but with the nolva almost certainly no...

WHERE ARE YOU OPINIONS/IMPRESSIONS on your progress?! what do YOU think, mang?

My thought is that the weight gain was from the increase in calories as well as the Tbol. I feel great in and out of the gym, but I don't know what to tell you other than what the scale says and how I feel.

also this thread is simply a log for others to see how it is going. I will not know how well it works nor will i give an opinion about the gear unless I have finished it.

I have no reason to exaggerate, I am only giving a day to day synopsis of what is happening, please do not try to disprove it.

I started tbol only cycle 9 days ago. 50MG per day I started at 216, not hanging in just shy of 220 It is definetely good stuff
 
these logs really are good to share and learn from....pics complementing them would be good as well!!

looking to do a test/eq/tbol in jan myself...
 
running primo/tbol right now, and just into week 4 im up 10 lbs, primo should be kicking in anyday now
 
This log is like a reality show ... Just excellent.
I hope you continue to provide updates and make a grand conclusion.

I suspect there will be a point of diminishing or no returns and maybe even some water
weight loss of 10-15%. Still.... damn good!!

Going to have a liver test after?

there will be no water weight to lose, tbol is like var or winny you stay dry as a bone. i did a log like this last summer. i got 7lbs in 22 days and the gains began to subside after day 25. that was at 60mg ed but it was my second cycle. most bros on here who have used tbol a lot gain 10lbs of lean mass on a 4 weeker. i kept all of the gains and felt a great sense of well being and was horny as hell.
 
Started Nov.1 @ 40mg/day, upped to 50mg/day last week or so and have added a noticable 8lbs of lean , defined muscle. I will finish up the TBOL this week and begin the Tren A. All this on top of 375/wk TestE and 600/wk EQ :)

I'm not to concerned with muscle gain. Sense of well being comes 2nd. But to me....LIBIDO IS PRIORITY!!! I love to have sex. The best gift God has given us all and intend to use it!
