There are tons of books on this
The best way to do this is to have a good CPAs and lawyers because tax code is kind of confusing (I mean BORING) if you've ever tried to read it

Incorporate as a subchapter-S will save you on medicare taxes.

Buy the SUV before the year ends so you can deduct up to 100k of it rather than just 25k of it.

But Bran has it in that you probably want a good CPA if your business is over 100k in revenue.
