Taurine Dosage

I am starting to get some pumps on my anavar cycle. It hasnt gotten to the poimt of being problematic or uncomfortable yet, but thought I should look ahead and handle it before it becomes a problem.

How much taurine should be taken and when to help combat pumps while on var?

You will probably hear a variety of answers on this, but 6-10g per day is what I use to fight any back pumps on cycle and it is very effective for me there

Thanks RR. You take it all at once, am/pm split or spread through day? Maybe 2-3g at each of my three var dosages?

I take 3g 3x a day...morning, midday, night. One is always 30min prior to my workout.

i foiund a one a day pill of taurine for the proper dosage and it has worked great... that's the one side i get from anavar but taurine has helped a lot... how often you take it just depends on the type you buy... the one a day is great and convenient...

1g 3/day for 3 total or 3g 3/day for 9 total? Guessing former.

sounds like a lot...taurine can make me sleepy at higher does!
