A buddy of mine gave me an unopened bottle of "Good and Nautral" Taurine 500mg. I did some research and seen different health benefits about brain function and so on, also some negative things if I take too much. So I figure I would throw it out here and ask when, or if I should take it and how much?

Hey man,,,, yup u have the right idea in losing weight before starting a cycle. Most guys will say get your bodyfat down to at least 15% b4 starting a cycle,,, its safer that way and your results will be better and it takes less a toll on anything negative happening, and I agree!. Get some body fat calipers,, their the cheapest most accurate way to measure bf,, the weight scale isnt as accurate. The problem with you taking all the above supp's is that they can have negative side's like really mess with your blood pressure and cause extra stress on your heart, heart palpitations, fuk up ur thyroid gland, etc, especially if your overweight or already have issue's with blood pressure or bf percentage.. My advice to drop weight safely , first check your diet dude!!! Im telling you How much you Lift at the gym and the supplements you use are secondary!!! Google "GI diet List" and start eating only LOW glycemic index foods!! u probly know all this already but have ZERO surgar,, still eat carbs but clean carbs in moderation,,, also stick to an Isolate protein shake,, alot of the others (like Syntha6 for example) have too much cholestorol and sugar and carbs,,, Iso will give you the pure protien you need. The word around campus is have as much protein in grams as you weigh is pounds,,,, ie, if your 200 pounds then have 200 grams of protein per day,,, spread out , mind you!! If your goal is to lose weight you dont neccessarily need all that protein per day, after all your body can only absorb so much at one time, hence spread out the intake, and dont only rely on shakes for protein,,have it in real food , as u prob heard 6 small meals per day,,,, IMO a protein shake right when you wake up is a must!!!! after a workout is a must!!!! and Casein before bedtime is a Must!! You dont need all those supp's to lose weight man, drop em for a bit ,,, modifiy your diet and do cardio and keep your pulse in your fat burn zone for 45 min as per your age etc , if u can get a heart rate watch that montiors ur pulse. Do that cardio like 4 times a week and EAT CLEAN,,, and I guarantee u will lose weight!!!! Adjusting what you eat will work miracles... As a test,,, start a conversation with a bro in the gym , who has a nice ripped look with awesome muscle mass and ask him, " what percentage of how you look has to do with your diet!!!!! Guarantee he'll say 70% or more!!! From my experience in bodybuilding , you need to become an expert in knowing how to Lose weight wehn you want,,,, how to grow muscle when you want,,, and how and when to do both safely and effectively , also become an expert in nutrition,, and reach your MAX naturally before messin with the real deal stuff.. Just keep reasearchin stuff, and learning. dont just resort to different supp's to get you threw for that short cut. my bad for all the extra un-needed explanations,, all the above is debatable BTW, and different guys will have diffrent opinions on dropping weight,,, do ur reasearch and find what works for you!! good luck ,,, its a complete lifestyle change, starting with what you eat!!!
