Whats the tastiest whey protein on the market that you have tried. What flavor? What is used in the shake?
I use Designer Whey ABSberry (strawberry flavor), with skim milk, a fresh bit greenish bannana to make the best tasting protein ever. 2 scoops of that protein 12 ounces of milk and a bannana and there goes 45gms of protein.
