Really impressed with them. First class operation they have going on there. I was sent the wrong item and they have already shipped the new item before sending the old one back and have waived the charges. It was the packers fault as everything on the order was correct. I was on the phone for just a brief few minutes too. After dealing with scam companies like amazon that refuse to any longer use it's nice to see a company that aren't scammers and go mout of their way for customers. Fuck amazon BTW.It's been 5-6 years since they fucked me over, but I'll never forget or use them again.

Dude you are going to flip when I tell you this. Target Online is run by Amazon.com. The customer service people for Target are Amazon.com employees, LOL! I work for Amazon.com.

I'm sorry that you had a bad experience with Amazon. If the same situation happened with an Amazon order the customer service person is supposed to do the same thing by preparing a replacement shipment when you call. I don't answer customer service phone calls, I work with the billing issues but I'm sure that I could have found someone to help you if you had a legitimate gripe.

lmfao, lartinos pwned by random customer service dude who was having a bad day.

Any time you call a business and get a negative result, call back...someone different is on the call and it normally has a different resolution....

Every customer service center has a certain amount of people who don't have a clue what they are doing. I can also assure you that at Amazon we have a large number of representatives who know their jobs well and will bend over backwards to make things right when something goes wrong. Then there are always customers who are just mistaken or ask for something absurd. For example a customer calls us because they ordered a $1500 LCD HD television and the freight company was a day late on the delivery. Customer service agent offers to refund the shipping charge but that's not enough for the customer. The customer demands that we refund them for the entire order and let them keep the TV for free.

You will always have unreasonable customers, sometimes legit, most times not.

I bought a $600 LCD from Amazon and it arrived 3 days ahead of time, perfect condition, and hand delivered. Never had a bad experience with them. Good company to work for....

I was going to buy my Weber grill off there but randomly at Walmart I saw the same grill for like $5 more.....

shipping was more than that plus immediate gratification...can't beat it....

Wow, never knew that.
Actually it was the site that fuched me more than anything that fuched me back then.
It's been awhile so maybe they have changed their ways.
