Can an expert answer this one?
Since Taraxatrone works as a general dieritic, I am assuming that it gets rid of overall water in the body.
1) If so, isn't that counter productive as the objective is to have the muscles fully hydrated and plump for bigger appearance on stage?
2) Shouldn't a dieritic that eliminates subcutaneous water be used such as prep H or cutting gel instead of Taraxatrone?
3) Would Taraxatrone interfere with carbing up since water is needed to push glycogen into the muscle?
4) Since Friday before the show water intake is greatly cut off, how can Taraxatrone be taken without water?
As I see it. Muscles should be full of water while virtually very little or no water should be under the skin... Right? (I know about sodium/potassium manipulation) What else does work best?
I guess I am just totally confused about the use of Taraxatrone for contest prep. Any help and knowledge passing is greatly appreciated.
