Ok bro's im starting my letro today for the lump in my right tit. 2.5mg a day till its gone then stay on for one more week after its gone to make sure it's gone and then start tapering off. How should i taper since i can only split my pill in 2, i was thinking nolva ?

i've been on femara for a little over a week. Tapered up to 2.5mg a day...haven't seen much improvement in the lump in my left pec...but im gonna finish the bottle hopefully it does some good.

2.5 is for extreme cases, as a protocol on a HEAVY cycle i use 1/2 dose monday 1/2 dose friday

i dont think the sex drive is THAT bad, but how would i know, im never on less than a G of t :}

Taper down from 2.5mg over 5 days (2, 1.5, 1, .5mg) then Nolva as planned
