Talking about your body's natural limit

Over the past I have seen quite a few posts claiming that steroids can only help you achieve your natural maximum build potential, and thereafter you will have to juice throughout if you want to stay above your natural build. This makes sense.

However, let's define your "natural build" and how it is dependant on the hormones in the body (I'm an amaeur here, all input, even flaming:) appreciated). I would rckon that put very simply, there are only 2 factors that ultimately determine your natural build

1. Natural Testosterone
2. Natural HGH

Please correct me if this assumption is overly simplified.

Basically, I want to find out why some people are skinny with lof BF(like me), some people big and fat, and some people big and muscular (low BF). Does this mostly have to do only with natural test and hgh?

Basically discuss the difference between the 3 body types, and why it occurs.

its got to be alot more complicated than just test & GH levels. There are other factors but i honestly don't know them. I'm sure levels of enzymes, the number of muscle and fat cells, the expandability of muscle and fat cells, levels of endocrine hormones and alot of other factors interplay to make people fat or thin or have a high or low muscle capacity.

I for one am fat, i hover at 28% or so if i eat what i want. However i am muscular too, i have more strength and size than 90% of the lifting population (excluding the juicers here on EF) even though i barely take lifting seriously.

intrinsic anabolic vs catabolic hormones/cascades
diet
exercise
sleep

if you want to really simplify it it comes down to your natural propensity to be at a certain weight/proportionality at a certain weight, modulated by diet, exercise, and sleeping habits

natural propensity to be as you are is mainly genetic, but may be affected by such things as testicular tissue damage, things like cushings syndrome which will increase cortisol (a catabolic hormone) etc etc

its a tad complicated...id hate to have to try to simplify it too much

i agree goldendelicious.
