I never incline close grip so my current max is 0 lbs.
 
a jojo is a discshaped object with a cord wrapped around it. end of the cord is a loop you put around your finger. you can let the disc roll down and the speed it will have will cause it to roll back up. you move your hand to control it. people can do tricks and stuff.

Queef? You'll have to explain that one also. I know Jesus though. That is a name invented by the Catholic church int eh 4th century in order to help convert Greeks by making the name of Christ very similar to the Greek god Zues to ease the transition for them.

Anywho. My first cycle was at 23. It was 200 mg of primo once a week, 50 mg of winstrol a day, and clen on a 2week on/off schedule. It was for my first show.

No I have never banged tamu cheerleader, but have nailed a handful of vollyball players and track chicks.

We are not going to win the big 12 unless we get better choaching and find some better strength and conditioning coaches... sorry have to call it like I see it on that one. I might get hung for that statement... jsut kidding, I'm not alone on that one.

Well close... there are like 4 EF ladies I have been with yet... as far as Poyeboy the truth of that depends on what you actually define as sex. Acocording to the Bill Clinton defination, I did not have sex with Pb. Poyeboy does have some really attractive gyno though.

Dobn't know, stopped squating back when I was doing sets of 5 with 505. I do hack squats now with 18 plates.
