Seems like it usually comes back with some items "missing" (read stolen). I keep way too much stuff in my van to empty it.
They stole a wheel when I had new tires and wheels mounted on the jeep, stole some other stuff too. Boat had stereo and amp stolen as well.
Tip....don't give them your real address if you have some cool stuff like a nice car or stereo. Burglar alarm on Jeep went off at 4:00am a few days after taking it in. Guy at the shop even said the other guy might "take it for a spin." Went outside with shotgun but didn't feel up to dealing with a cadavar.
Would be nice if one could videotape the fuckers.
