Taking Vanadyl sulfate and T-3 with HGH

I have heard about taking Vanadyl Sulfate and T-3 along with growth for better results. Can anyone clue me in on how much to take of each daily and whats the benefits are?

Vanadyl is worthless IMO and in large amounts can even be bad for you.

I had heard that it worked synergistically with GH though...Not on it's own. Guess I will do a little more research on it.
