i was at 50 mcg of t3 and tapered down to 20 mcg. now i am going to stop t3 and go to t4. is it ok to go switch over at the same dose? i read to get the power of 25 mcg of t3 i need 100 mcg of t4.

eq 450 aw
i am at 5th week.
First, you need time off between the T3 and T4 runs, just because one has a 3 and one has a 4, it doesn't mean you can run one after the other without a break. Second, why are you making the switch in the first place?
If I am reading this article correctly, it is saying that t4 is better with hgh due to the conversion process but, does not address just aas with t3 or t4. So if your program is based on hgh, then you want to be taking t4 (armor?). And from what little I know about the conversion process you probably want to take kelp for the iodine content to be available.
If this is true, then a lot of people, especially those going to rejuv clinics are sabotaging their results. They put everyone on t3 with hgh.
OK I can see how the best effects for weight loss would be with T3. But if the authors bio-chemistry is correct, the T4-T3 conversion is what you want in conjunction with HGH for maximum anabolic effects. Now it may be educated speculation even the author states that some of the research is sketchy. But I think I might ramp down my L-dex and bring up Armour which also has T3 in conjunction with the T4. I guess I am willing to try this because my results with HGH after 16 week have been dropping off (the insane pumps just aren't there any more).
