I'm using HGH and test. The HGH keeps me from getting fat. My metabolism has always been quite high and now it's ridiculous, it's a full time job just staying on my diet. I've gained 30 lbs in the past 14 weeks while losing 5% bodyfat (this is after a long lay off from training).
I'm fully convinced I could eat a whole box of donuts every day now and probably not gain any fat (although I wouldn't try it).
Question: would taking the R-ALA I'm reading so much about here have any benefits for me or is the HGH already accomplishing much of what the R-ALA would do on a fat loss/ muscle cell volumizing level?
