Taking HGH 15 min before bed....

Taking HGH 15 min before bed , I thought this was ideal for using hgh to build mass and not primarily fat loss?

I was told my a few vets that this was correct and since I am doin eod it will not interfere with natrual hgh production. I also read articles supporting the theory...

anyone?
 
EOD is the trend now, but taking it that close to bed is not. It will suppress your natural production. If taking it once a day take it as soon as you wake up in the am. If twice, take it in the am and again at 4-5 pm

True.

Dr. says at night you you can make your own. So, first thing in the morning.
 
I agre taking it before you go to bed is a waste. Split the dose up morning afternoon. I havent heard about every other day theory

I've heard for older people who have little natural HGH activity before bed is best,,,,but for younger crowd,,,I would steer away from night time injects of hgh that might interfer with natural output.
 
Last semester I took a psychology course and I remember the one chapter talked about different times of the day and what are body does. Such as at 11 pm your allergies are at their best. I cant remember them all but I am pretty sure at 2 am your growth hormone is at its prime.

Oh and also I remember at 2 or 3 pm your grip strength is at its best.
 
I'll try and dig up where I found the info on HGH, but I remember reading that taking it before bed was the BEST time to take it if you are looking to grow, BECAUSE that is when the body naturally produces HGH and you only grow when you are sleeping.

I've personally never used it, but the thought is intriguing me more and more lately. I may have to give it a run soon :qt:
 
I think the principle behind only growing when you're sleeping has to do with the fact that your natural GH surge is during sleep. So if you're using exogenous GH, you'd want to take it in such a manner to as not suppress that natural release. I take mine upon rising, and again mid afternoon. So, in theory, I get 3 surges of GH per 24 hour period.

yes that is correct, are you taking 1/2 of your dose in the morning? it should be split to 1/2 in morning and 1/2 in evening before bed for maximum result
