Woo, I haven't been here in *ages*! I guess traveling 10 months of the year to various countries, and some serious injuries that prevented me from training kept me away.
Anyway, I did an 8-week oral Fina regimen 2 years ago, and then another 6-week one a half year later. At the time I was in good shape (strength, cardiovascular, endurance-wise), but had a lot of trouble dropping bodyfat. I was taking 10 pellets, split 2x5 (morning and night, with oil - fish or flax).
The first cycle:
I had been on a very strict diet before then, and when I started the Fina, I made no changes to my diet or training. I had lost about 4 pounds over 4 weeks.
After the first 8 weeks I lost about 15 pounds, but my strength went up drastically (I don't have my notes in front of me, unfortunately). I do know my 8RP bench press went up about 25% in that time period. Sides: low sex drive, sweats, trouble sleeping (used "xyrem" to solve that one).
The second time I tried it I had had a "lazy" period and I wanted to start up again with a bang. This time I added Dostinex (an anti-prolactin) and well first of all, the low sex drive went bye-bye! Second, though (stupidly) I didn't keep a detailed record of my stats, by the end of the 6 weeks there were people who didn't recognize me because of the amount that my body had changed.
For various reasons I cannot keep any kit around my house so it was convenient to me.
I would definitely do this cycle again. I had a huge amount of it in my apartment. However, one of my ex's either hid it or chucked it (not knowing what it was) and I'm in Canada, so I may be out of luck (I'm getting a little paranoid running it across the border again though I am in the US a lot).
