Taking creatine straight - no mixing

I reckon washing it down with water is a complete waste. It has been proven that you need a significant insulin spike to increase creatine uptake into the muscle. Forget the fruit juice - you need a very high glycemic simple carb (dextrose). Fruit juice comes very low on the glycemic index (fructose just won't cut it for an insulin spike).
 
its fine, but better with juicec b/c the sugar helps shuttle to your muscles.. but water is fine

i usually just get a mouth full of gatoraide, and dump in a teaspoon then swallow

Powdered gatorade. pre-made has a different formula.
