But seriously though OP, ask your doctor. There are so many factors to consider that no one here can or should give you any reasonable answer.

Since you probably wouldn't be on here if you were OK talking with your doc about it, I'd say it is not worth the added stress on your heart. The advantages you would get are minimal compared to the risks.

That's a bit harsh on the heart. If you use either clenbuterol or adderall, do them separately to keep a level of safety, together they are a bit harsh on the heart.
