taking clen but putting on weight

I'm taking clen 1 week on 1 week off. On the off week I'm taking eca. The eca seems to work much better. The clen just makes me shake like I have parkinsons disease. My diet is still the same. I have to consume quite a few calories because I do a ton of manual labor in 90+ degree weather. I'm on my 2nd week of clen and I've put on 6lbs since I started. My abs which were showing nicely are now fading untill I'm extremely dehydrated. I have no clue wtf is going on. I have dnp but its too dangerous with the work I do and the weather. Any help would be great. Thanks

Sure it's good stuff and not bunk ?? Try the Clen 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off that's the way I do it, and around day 10 I notice the change the most. As far as the DNP goes, you're correct, dont take that shit working out in the sun all day, you'll see your abs, but then again the coroner might get to also

i agree. but you also have to check your diet. you say your eating a lot of aclories due to your job which is understandable but watch what types of food your eating. try to eat lean not fast food. clen will get you so far but if your diet and cardio isnt in check its worthless to take.

Yes I forgot that part, if all your daily intake is McDonalds, well then.....
 
I got it from ag guys. The shit is strong. I can't take it for 2 weeks. I own a construction company and need to be alert. I can barely stand a week of it. At the end of the week I am drained. I go to bed a 9pm most nights and wake up at 5am. By Friday I'm going to bed at 8pm. The eca helps me with focus which is really the only reason I take it. I have a short attention span. I only take 2 pills in the morning and thats it. I take 1/4cc of clen in the morning and work my way up to 1/2cc at the end of the week. Thanks indy.

Agreed, AG guys ships good stuff, and it is potent...watch those calories and keep them clean during the day, I think you'll do fine.
 
3 basic steps to loosing BF in order of importance. If you do not get it right and in this order you will NOT loose BF

1) Diet, clean and lean
2) CV hard and intense
3) meds such as clen, e/c/a, dnp etc etc etc

The meds will do jack shit and may even make you put on weight if you do not get 1&2 right. They are designed to assist not compensate for poor diet and CV

The guys are right. The answer lies in what you eat OR in what you are drinking. Soda, fruit juice etc are horrible for losing fat... anything carbonated for that matter. Gatoraid is by far the worst.
Keep an eye on what you are taking in!

if you wont in 90degree weathert, you should NOT be taking stimulants. That being said, it's most likel your diet.
 
You my friend are a fucking genuis. Gatorade!!! I've recently bought the 2 1/2 gallon powder to mix my own gatorade. Fucking sugar. I don't drink pop, I eat clean for the most part. I can't stop cooking hamburgers on my George Foreman grill. I love the shit. I keep my starches low and stick to complex carbs. I do enjoy peaches and pears 1 day a week for a snack. All in all I don't know many people who eat as strict as I do. Thanks guys your a big help.

I have 1o gallons of water and 5 gallons of gatorade on my jobsite every morning for 4 guys. I probably consume somewhere around 4 gallons of fluids in about 10 hours. 1/3 of that is probably gatorade, but not tomorrow or the next day. Strictly water from now on. Thanks guys.
