Ok I'm coming off a 6 month cycle rigt now. and i thought about taking ALA with creatine post cycle. Is taking ALA a good idea post cycle? I know most people say its only good to stay in ketosis. But i've also read its good for bulking also. But I've also heard it it gives great pumps.
Now if i were to take it. And not counting in cost factor. What would be a good dosage to take it? I've read atleast 2g a day to see results.
