Taking ALA post cycle good idea?

Ok I'm coming off a 6 month cycle rigt now. and i thought about taking ALA with creatine post cycle. Is taking ALA a good idea post cycle? I know most people say its only good to stay in ketosis. But i've also read its good for bulking also. But I've also heard it it gives great pumps.

Now if i were to take it. And not counting in cost factor. What would be a good dosage to take it? I've read atleast 2g a day to see results.
 
YES take it, its amazing for staying lean while consuming excessive carbs.

im post cycle now (sort of) and taking 6g a day. 10mg for every 1g of carb is a good ratio.

ALA is a must post workout; i find that even with a shitload of dextrose 150g it is immediatly shuttled to my muscles after ingesting post workout; this 30min window you have it crucial to preserving mass post cycle, ALA is a HHUUUGGEE help in that sence.

And remember, ALA works best with simple carbs.
 
Thanks thats what i needed to know! Anyone else for more info on why i should use it post cycle (And i didn't say post workout, I'm talking post cycle)
