well your post educate and are as well entertaining. I personally like alot of the info you spread, I see some people rip you and thats there own conclusion, I feel alot of your info is well thought out and i support you. plus aren't you a new jerusalem bother?
 
It appears that study pertains to Igf-1 and not Lr3. I thought that was the whole point to adding the Lr3 was to decrease the chance it got bound and to increase the insulin sensitivity. Which is why I tell people to be careful using slin and lr3.

Thanks....but I don't know what a new jeresalem brother is....

Anyway, I think 50mgs/day of Zinc is the magic number...
