Just got weight in. weight in at 305lbs. I have to get to 250lbs. I don't care about muscle mass loss. If i got to 250 i know i would still have plenty of lean muscle to be pretty ripped. my stats are 6'2 -305-18%body fat. what should i do ? remember i don't care about muscle mass loss, i want 250!!!!!!!!!!
 
Diet

1. Do 30-60mins of cardio on an empty stomach before breakfast Slower is better then faster.
2. Watch the carbs. Goto KETO or Look up CRUM DIET.
 
KETO

1. Keep total carbs below 20gm per day, less if possible
2. Do not eat ANY fruit or simple carbs.
3. eat lots of fat - oils, bacon, butter, nuts
4. drink AT LEAST a gallon of water a day, more if possible
5. Take a good multivitamin
6. Use a non-sweetened fiber supplement for regularity

If you follow these instructions the weight will drop off like crazy. I went from 270 to 210 and I am still losing.
