is there a time when you should just start taking armidex or do you wait to see if there's any sides?
take armidex only at signs of high estrogen? or every 3rd day

id wait to see if u get sides the shit is potent if you got real arimidex.
Ive taken enough cycles to know that i dont need n AI on cycle, maybe for PCT but not on cycle. No gyno ever with test/dbol
i wouldnt waste it unlessu know u need it! not sure about the dosing of arimidex tho

Thats just enough dose to get rid of bloat.. And increase free test levels..

It really should depend on a couple of variables. For starters, what are your off cycle estrogen levels? Are they high, if so it may be an indication your more prone to aromatisation which would indicate your more likely to need AI's while on a cycle. Next, how much gear are you on, more gear means more AI.
Waiting till you have symptoms is silly because by then you already have an abundance of estrogen in your system so taking arimidex isnt going to do anything about the E already in your system.

Sometimes gyno can even pop up over night..
Then you start taking an AI and have to wait for the estro in your body to metabolize before you can even treat the gyno.
