I do most of my shots in my quads and have yet to hit a vein (nice size but not HUGE), but the ease of aspiration and being able to steady the needle with both hands makes it the BEST place to start. Have the spotinj site up and double check your placement and ease it in..pull back only a hair, veins are under pressure and will shoot into the syringe instantly (alittle air is ok) then shoot nice and slow 30sec-1min per cc. You'll be like DAMN that was easy!!

So I'm real nervous.. the feeling I got when I opened my package and saw needles was crazy... I'd never seen them outside of a hospital before.
I've never injected myself before.. those 23g needles look awfully thick... and 1.5" seems long!

Man ...u got me laughing all over the place. I havent joined the dark side yet but I will in the next month or so. I joined elite in jan. so I'm researching as much as I can before I take the plunge. I know that I'll also probably freak when I see those needles... lol. What was the end results? Did everything run smoothly? Do you think youll do another cycle?
