just would like to know ur views on my diet anywhere i can touch up or that would make a big differnce?
stats:
height - 6'1
weight - 196lbs
bodyfat - i dont know but im guesing 20% giv or take
looking to cut down 2stone, i was on a cut just b4 i layed off the training and droped down from 224 to 182lbs, due to not trainin for a while iv shot up to 196lbs but now its time to finisih off the job! ROAR! hehe
