Share some tablet reviews based on your own experiences, I'm interested in a Droid and cant make up my mind, I could always just root the Touchpad but am not in the mood, anyone got any iconia, transformer, xoom, streak, thrive, hell even crappy Pandigital or Polaroid

I toyed with the idea of buying a 7" Pandigital Novel and rooting the crap out of it they're like $40 LOL, they're shitty so I'd do it just for lols and to have a cheap breakable tablet....

What do you want to use the tablet for? I have several but I use each one for a different reason.

i thought that was why they made little laptops... but i have an ipad2 for the simple fact i have an iphone4s and an imac. i let the apple family talk to each other when im not around to entertain them.

unless you need to run apps on it.. if all your resouces are stored on the web, or you can use log me in.. love this one.. whats cool is i can log onto my home computer, then use all the apps i need there on that computer, and then log into my work computer from that source, i can't from my ipad..citrix issue..

Used a asus tranformer prime on my last work trip. The thing was pretty amazing. The keyboard is a nice option versus the damn touch screen keyboard.... i hate that thing. Battery went on forever did a trip across country with two connections and never had to re-charge plus watched 2/3 of a move on one flight. i'm thinking its more of the business device instead of the ipad but it had some pretty nice media options on it and this racing game was amazing that came with it. anyways, look into it.

I can log into our EMR (EPIC) via Citrix receiver just fine on my iPad. It's snappier than on a pc and if I'm doing a lot of notes, I have the by keyboard that syncs with it. Works great.

Well, you can use a tablet instead of a full fledged computer. For example, I take my tablet along when I fly around the country (vs my computer).

the only reason I had one was size but I ended up doing everything I'd use it for on iphone so no need to carry that thing around. as for size, a little mini computer or macbook air is good and not limited. And having a full non touch screen keyboard is worth it.
