lol why would you post this here , its on the training board

i set prs like its my job today

Cause I can abuse you like crazy here. Gms are mad good bro.. I wana do them too

so do em...

are you just doing deadlift variations now? you should start throwing gm variations in your cycle

Bro I was doing front squats today.. was going for 275 x 3, and this mother fucker accidentally touched the barbell with his shoulder. My right leg caved in, and the shit fell right on me, my partner got it off but my lower back is seriously fucked. I wanted to do heavy arched back GMs after squats, barely did 135 and went home.

Anyway, how do you recover from gm's.. are they stressful or if you keep volume in check they are ok?

Bro, at least he didn't screw up your deadlifts.

As for GM recovery, I find I recover faster from them compared to squats, but slower than deadlifts...

I usually do 3 weeks of gm variations then 1 week deadlift variation then repeat

I think I recover better from gms then deadlifts honestly

I find that when I don't work the deadlift it keeps going up
