Maybe this is what I need? I have such a hard time losing fat. I think 10% is my limit.

I dont really beleive in dieting so to speak. I beleive one should eat so we dont lose muscle and to maube up our exercises to burn up extra calories. Now Im not saying I eat 5000 calories, but I eat maybe 2500-3000 calories. I try to eat balance meals 1/3, 1/3, 1/3. I feel that energy expenditure is the way to burn fat. That is why I upped my training to 5 days per week.
But I admit I do feel burned out (comming off a cycle). But I will do 3 days tyraining 3 days cardio. But always keep eating good. Going to bed hungry sucks! That lasted only 1 week.
 
You gain weight and you lose weight by "dieting", drugs just kinda help out a little, but I would say at least 75% of your gains or losses, whatever you are after, comes from what you eat. :) Fix your "diet" and wait for the T3 until you really need it. You obviously really don't need it if you havn't even tried to "diet" yet :)
 
the diet thing?

I eat good... but my goal isnt to eat 2000calories of tuna and rice because that will creat a loss in muscle weight. Im not on a goal to get ripped. Just a little more muscular.

I feel that my metabolism may be slow cause I cant seem to ever bring up my abs. If I "diet" eat lower calories I tend to lose weight but still look the same.

I need something that will allow me to eat healthy to promote muscle gains but at the same time to get rid of a few pounds of fat.

I know it can be done.
