I have done my reaserch on t3 and was pritty decided on what i was gonna do but just wanted some real life experience storys on what doses how long you ran it for and how you felt when on t3. i have bin dieting for about 7 weeks and have about 4 weeks left im about 10% ish bf if not lower but that is at a guess from me and a couple of buddys who know what they are talking about, just want a little boost at the end of my diet. any comments please love hearing about experiences of others.

Lipoflame worked better for me than t-3 and clen. :whatever:
 
You should run some AAS with T3 as T3 will also catabolize muscle along with fat. Running some gear will help to offset this.

I have only ever run T3 in conjunction with clen for fat loss and typically ramp up to around 100-120mcgs a day. This is a potent fat burner when run in conjcuntion with a clean diet. Lipoflame did virtually nothing for me by the way in comparison.
 
o ok sorry i didnt mention im on prop 100mg eod 10weeks
tren 200mg 10weeks
winny 50mg eod last 6 weeks
and eca up to 2 50mg tabs 2weeks on 2weeks off
clen up to 120 mcg 2weeks on 2weeks 0ff (running them seperetly) just need a little kick to end of diet
 
ok so my T3 dose at 120mcgs/day is typically run in conjunction with clen at 200mcgs/day but see how you go as some cannot go this high due to the sides experienced. If you going to stick at 120mcgs clen then run T3 around 80mcgs would be my suggestion.
