Also don't forget, kids...... T3 increases protein synthesis. Therefore, smaller doses turn out to be VERY effective because not only are you not going to shed muscle from the T3 on low doses, you're also going to be eliminating a reasonable amount of fat while packing on lean muscle due to the increased protein synthesis. NOW, you just have to make sure to consume A LOT/ENOUGH protein to really take advantage of that fact. But I believe smaller doses are best when it comes to T3. And what I mean by small is 50 mcg or less. Now, if you're goal is to remove 10+ % of body fat, then you're to heavy to be using T3. You need to first dial in to the diet and cardio, routine, etc. Then once you're running at peak performance while "off", turning it "on" will produce great results in a shorter period of time. Use it wisely and you'll love it!
