if they are still sealed they'll last for more years than the exp. date

I would like to know as well. I have some a year old too. But for what it's worth, I took 25mcg's one day just to see if i'd feel it, to see if it was still potent. You can bet your ass I Felt It!

oh yeah, i read some where on the boards this guy is on t3 for 4 months at 50mcg, how, is that a joke???
