you shouldnt stop the clen at all
from what i've researched on this board, do this;
wk1: clen alone
wk2-6 clen and t3
if youre gonna be on t3 for 5 weeks, its good to ramp like this:
day 1-4; 12.5mcg
day 5-8; 25mcg
day 9-12 37.5mcg
day 13-20 50mcg
day 21-24 37.5mcg
day 25-28 25mcg
day 29-32 12.5 mcg
day 29-35 l-tyrosine daily and 7keto to kickstart your own t3 production
in the 4th week you should throw in some yohimbe too in order to keep the fat burning going, and dont forget taurine at 5-7 grams daily. i barely cramp up this way and my heartbeats stay fairly normal.
if youre nervous to ramp, just do 12.5mcg for 6 weeks along with the clen, DONT STOP THE CLEN THOUGH. T3 KEEPS IT EFFECTIVE longer. THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS KIND OF STACK. good luck and i hope everything works out for you.
