T3 with Clen? How much?

I can't find this info anywhere.

I just got T3. I'm doing clen for 2 weeks. How much T3 should I take? (safely -- as to not do any thyroid damage btw).
 
Since you've never done T3 before, start off at 12.5mcg daily. After you've run a few cycles, you'll be able to properly assess your dosage:results ratio.
 
dude, im into my 3rd week right now of the same. dont worry so much about your thyroid sustaining damage as this is hard to do unless you are VERY careless. this is my 1st time too, and i did a shitload of research on this before i started. drjmw says that 25-50mcg daily before breakfast never damaged any of his patients. some studies i found on this board also showed that peoples' thyroids who were on 25mcg for over a year returned to normal within DAYS of stopping. do you have the liquid or tablets? if you have the liquid, you can ramp up and down alot more evenly.
 
so far, i ramped every 4 days from 12.5 to 25 to 37.5 to 50mcg. when i hit 50, the sides became evident(insomnia, shaky, feeling hot, stomach upset) i dont think im gonna go over 50 and i definitely wont stay on longer than 5-6 weeks.
 
can you explain ramping a bit better? why is it needed?

i did 12mcg yesterday. this morning i'll do probably 20. then maybe 30 and stay there for a week, before taking a 2 week break from clen/t3. then start again, clen+30mcg of t3.

you shouldnt stop the clen at all
from what i've researched on this board, do this;

wk1: clen alone
wk2-6 clen and t3
if youre gonna be on t3 for 5 weeks, its good to ramp like this:
day 1-4; 12.5mcg
day 5-8; 25mcg
day 9-12 37.5mcg
day 13-20 50mcg
day 21-24 37.5mcg
day 25-28 25mcg
day 29-32 12.5 mcg
day 29-35 l-tyrosine daily and 7keto to kickstart your own t3 production

in the 4th week you should throw in some yohimbe too in order to keep the fat burning going, and dont forget taurine at 5-7 grams daily. i barely cramp up this way and my heartbeats stay fairly normal.

if youre nervous to ramp, just do 12.5mcg for 6 weeks along with the clen, DONT STOP THE CLEN THOUGH. T3 KEEPS IT EFFECTIVE longer. THATS THE WHOLE POINT OF THIS KIND OF STACK. good luck and i hope everything works out for you.
 
ramping is very necessary with t3, especially ramping back down! build up your tolerance to clen and take as much as you can tolerate.

a 2 week break is not enough when it comes to t3. you might as well take it for 6 weeks straight and then take at least 2 months off before doing another.GO IN WITH A SOLID PLAN!

I would go with 80-120MCG E2D

Use the T3 @ 50MCG ed and working up to 150MCG and tapering back down to 50MCG.......pyramid it.

so if i'm at 120mcg of clen -- just keep taking that every day for 6 weeks? Won't i build up a tolerance for it after awhile???

for safety -- i don't think i wanna go above 50mcg for T3.
 
if you can tolerate more clen, go for it. thats what i wrote in the posts above. i agree with your choice of not breaking 50mcg your first time around. see how your body reacts. you can always go higher next time. ramp the way i listed above. just because i dont have alot of posts and karma doesnt mean that im retarded now bro. it just means i'm new thats all...
 
im a newbie to clen and t3 as well, and im trying to find a good way to cycle it...if done the research on the clen but someone told me to cycle 2 wks on 2 wks off, if i remember i read that in the middle of the cycle to do 2 days on 2 days off? is this incorrect?? and as for as the t3 goes i was recommended this alongside the clen :
5 days - 25 mcgs
5 days - 50 mcgs
5 days - 75 mcgs
5 days - 100 mcgs
5 days - 75
5 days - 50
5 days - 25
is this ok for a newbie? i have the t3 in tablet form only in 25mcg's? how would i break it down to lower then that if i needed to ?
 
20% of the time is spent ramping up to your maximum
30% of the time is at your maximum
50% of the time is spent ramping down to cessation (nothing)
 
is ramping down to lesson the impact on the thyroid -- or is ramping done to increase the effects and lessen probability of becoming tolerant of it? Wondering the purpose of ramping.

Cuz of course i'd rather stay 100% of my t3 time at 50mcg.
