T3??? winny tabs??? -help me use...

guys i'm taking T3 (50mg) tabs and they're impossible to break up so my buddy said to take 1/day for a week, then 2/day for 3weeks, then 1/day for a week... is this ok or will i hurt myself??? also, i'm taking duratest 1 every 5 days and 50mg winny tabs (1 a day -just started)... how do you take the tabs -i break them in paper and poor them in, add water, swish, and swallow... any better way???

i doing 100mcg/day one in morning one in evening,i dont think you should go over 100mcg,you will fuck up your thyorid.and i do same dos in 6 weeks then trapp down and i take ephedrine 3 times a day to,and its work fine along whit alot gear.
