im not using it myself, but say if a female or male model wants to drop off fat fast.. and doesnt like clen.. would there be a dramatic loss of muscle.. or is it just not recommended because all of us juiceheads love every lb of LBM we have..
I have put a lot of time into research and trial and error with T3, it can be a very tricky suppliment, you definately need to know how to use it, its not as easy as just taking test and seeing gains.
T3 will burn muscle, gauranteed, if not ran with AS, thats just the type of animal that it is. It burns both, doesnt care, so you need to make sure you have something else to combat the muscle burning capabilities, in most cases test will do.
It also depends on the dose you plan on running. I dont care if you want to run it at 12.5mcg per day, I wouldnt want to chance it, and if you are running it at a high dose of say 150mcg per day, then you obviously are going to need more AS to combat the muscle burning. I tried running T3 at 100mcg per day and only running winny tabs at 50mg perday thinking it would be enough and I noticed definate muscle loss. If you are running it at a midrange of say 50mcg per day, then 250mg test would suffice, then when increasing adjust it from there, 100mcg then 500mg test.
The fat burning capabilities of T3 are a beautiful thing, and with a diet that is on point, and the proper AS to go along with it you will benefit nicely from its affects. BUT, if you are not taking in enough carbs and protein in your diet, and not running an affective dose of AS, test for example, then you will end up looking very flat, minimal fat loss, and you will definately notice muscle loss which personally is enough to make me want to vomit all over myself.
I had a chubby friend of mine that wanted to lose wieght for his wedding, he ran T3 against my better judgement, did no cardio, worked out about 3 days per week, and diet wasnt that good. He didnt notice that much fat loss, only dropped about 7 lbs on the scale, and ran it at 75mcg for 6 weeks. So, its not a miracle drug.
So, to not ramble on any further, I hope I was helpful, and make sure you have done your research, have everything planned out appropriately, and try to get the most out of its capabilities without losing any muscle.
