t3 time period

i'm goin to run t3 as part of my cutting cycle while on EQ...and i'm just wondering whats the safest length of time to run if for....i was thinking 4-5 weeks like this :

days 1-5: 25mcg a day
days 6-11: 50mcg a day
days 12-20: 75mcg a day
days 21-26: 100mcg a day
days 27-30: 75mcg a day
days 30-33: 50mcg a day
days 33-35: 25mc a day
 
judging by the posts i've read on T3, i think that is a hit and miss with thyroid recovery. some take more than what you are using and have no problems with their TSH levels. some take less than what you are taking and have problems with their TSH levels. IMO, what you have outlined is fine and will not cause any problems. if you are worried, dont go higher than 75mcg and run it for no more than 4 weeks.
 
never run T3 for more than 5 weeks and never go over 100mcgs in one day. and you must take 8 weeks off before starting again. what i did was

everyone differs of course but you can expect a good amount of fatloss with T3. also, might experience some lethargy and your muscles will look a bit flat. make sure you are on a good AAS and a high protein diet

Actually, you can run T3 up to 16 weeks without a problem...whether you run 25 mcg or 100 mcg makes little difference....your natural thyroid production will be shut down with 25 mcg...also tapering off allows natural recovery to start sooner ..immediately go to 1 tab/day or 25 mcg/day for a week, then 12.5/day for a week, then 12.5 eod for 10 days ..then off..it is near impossible to shut down natural thyroid permanently if somewhat responsible..for the average male bodybuilder at least 3 tabs /day for 6 weeks for any noticeable results!
 
t-3 can be used in both cutting and bulking. T-3 not only aids in a thyroid boost, but also increases the obsorbtion rate of fats, carbs and proteins. So the more protein ya consume the faster it get to it's destination. This will only enhance while you are on AAS.

I am on some t-3 now and I'll run it for 6 weeks

i agree with the 16 week thing. i've done it myself for up to 175mcg without any problems. everyone differs though
