T3 supression

be careful with T3 and clen.

really adding a lot of green veggies to your diet, doing a couple extra laps on the track, and supps like need2slin can result in just as good results without the risks.

never messing with those 2 things again UNLESS i compete and even then i will use extreme caution

Completly agree. Last time i did t3 i ended up 4 days on the ER. Recoverd fine tho hehe.
 
I have done many cycles of T3 + albut / clen and never felt any ill effects from it .. just always worked well! also no problems with recovery . When I went off I increased my carbs intake and cardio for a few days and felt perfectly fine and T3 came back to normal in a couple of days even when I was on 100mcg/day for 2 months

Same as me then everytime before it just ramped back up in max 1 week.
But i get some sides tho from t3
 
well as for the sides yeah obviously - increased body temp., sweating, faster breathing, shaky ... But all that means is that the stuff is working
