I have done many cycles of T3 + albut / clen and never felt any ill effects from it .. just always worked well! also no problems with recovery . When I went off I increased my carbs intake and cardio for a few days and felt perfectly fine and T3 came back to normal in a couple of days even when I was on 100mcg/day for 2 months
