I am currently using t3 for the last week but I dnt feel or see any weight loss. My diet is clean, train hard. but dnt see much weight loss.

What dose are you taking?

I wouldn't expect to see results so quickly, weight loss can be a steady process, even with fat burners. You should feel the metabolism boost, and probably the jitters as well.

Hang in there for another week or so, then post up your results. Also, keep away from the scales - weigh yourself every week at the most, then you should see some results.

Add some high intensity cardio if you really want to speed things up.
 
i am using the t3 by Berlin - Chemie. currently dosage is at 75 (3 tabs of 25) until monday when I up it up to 100 and then over the next 2 weeks bring it down.
 
Bro as far as I can tell, Berlin-chemie only makes 50mcg tabs? I have some german T3 tabs I just started and they are 50mcg also, pink tabs with a score down the middle. What do yours look like? Even if they are 25mcg, you should have tapered up a little more slowly, T3 is not magic. I would have done 4 days at 25mcg, 4 days at 50mcg, then 75mcg/day till you reach your goal of fat-loss, then slowly taper it back down. I hope you are taking lots of protein and some steroids with this or you will be loosing muscle as much as fat. Also, diet and exercise play a huge role here, you shouldn't rely on T3 to do most of the work for you, it's better used to boost the metabolism back up when it's been slowed down by 4-6 weeks of strict dieting.

what is your diet like, training, cardio? T3 by itself wont make you lose bodyfat to any great extent.
 
yes mine are the 50 mcg and i cut them in half. protein intake would be around 200 to 250 grams a day. I have used it 4 days at 25 then 4 days at 50 and today at 75
 
What is your bodyweight, overall calories and diet look like, and training look like? I'll say right away you should add more protein though, and give it more time, T3 takes longer than 8 days to work bro, just have patience.
 
i am patient that is not the problem. this is my first time use and from what everyone's experience i thought it would work a bit quicker> i am only running for 3 weeks max (incl downsize)
bodyweight: 190 lbs
calorie: 3000 (tuna, chciken breast, a bit of peanut butter, small of amount of bread, protein shakes, ham, turkey. white eggs)
mainly doing 3 reps of 8 lift.
currently cycle: dbol at 20 mg, sust at 500, boldenone at 400 mg.nolva and proviron 1 tab eacha day.
stopping dbol in week 4 and continue with the rest up to week 12-14.
 
Well you're on aromatizing steroids and you're eating 3000 calories a day, why the hell would you expect to LOSE weight? Even with nolva/proviron, you'll hold some water from dbol/test, and at 190 you're not that big, 3000cal/day is plenty to maintain your bodyweight. You need to cut carbs, or do more cardio... your cycle is just all messed up bro, don't really know what you're trying to do with it?
 
I am not trying to lose weight but losing fat. I am aware my calories are quite high and it is the intake for a bulking cycle but with T3 on it it may not reduce the amount of xtra fat i may put on from my diet and cycle.
 
i know the stuff is really good. supplier is legit. As tux said I am doing a bulking cycle and using t3 wnt help much loss since calorie is high and water retention. but as long as I am not putting on extra fat. i am happy with it.

I am sorry Future1----But PLEASE read your post above that I am replying to.......You basically say, "I'm taking T3 because I want to lose ALL THE FAT, but I am aware of my high calories but that is the intake for a bulking cycle!".........???????????

Bro, bulking cycle and leaning out (cutting fat) DON'T MIX!!!!!!

You need to taper off the T3 very slowly---RIGHT NOW!!! Go ahead and eat like a KING and bulk----BLOW UP---then do a proper PCT......Then DIET and LEAN OUT AFTER YOU ARE DONE!!!!! OK Bro?????

You can't do both----either eat and bulk---or diet, cardio and lean out----Pick one....

3000calories @ 190lbs and you're talking about losing bodyfat - bro DNP wouldn't help you, god knows how T3 would.

If you want to cut down, your caloric intake should be around 2000calories or BMR x 11 (ballpark).
