T3 questions

I plan to run a t3 cycle for 6 weeks.
Weeks 1-5 12.5 mcg per day
Week 6 6.25 mcg per day

My questions are:
1) Does this look ok and can i burn a good amount of fat on this. Im dieting and my diet is spot on. Want to avoid high doses after readind Big Andys post.
2) How long will i need to have off t3 after this cycle?
3) Can i start Clen cycle straight after finishing the t3 and alternate the two until im as lean as i want to be?

To be honest with you at those doses you wont see that much if any fat loss. You can run the clen and T3 at the same time and see better results. Thats just my opinion.
 
Thats interesting because in Big Andys post he says you can achieve significant fatloss at those dosages provided your diet is right which mine is. He also said if he had his time again he would never run t3 at more than 12.5 mcg per day. The reason im wanting to run them seperate is so i can continue the fat burning and not have to go clean. Thanks for your opinion Bro.
 
I've run T-3 for 5 weeks at 25mcg per day. I got the jitters pretty bad, but it worked for me. I lost 4lbs which was more than I expected.

I did cardio for 1 hr 6 days a week, and kept diet just below maintenance.

I can understand why you wouldn't want to take high doses. This stuff can mess up your thyroid and to be honest I probably wouldn't do it again. I prefer to use ECA.
 
Yeah BigAndy says that 25mcg per day or less will not shut your thyroid down, eliminating the crash. I dont really want to replace my thyroid production but just to speed it up a little which i believe i can do at those dosages.
 
Unless you have a high natural T3 level, and therefore a fast metabolism, you won't see anything from those dosages. Even with a fast metabolism the fat loss would be minimal, barely noticeable. One can safely run T3 for months on end w/o having problems coming off as long as one tapers down slow enough. I have clients that have run T3 for 4-5 months and come off with no problems. If you're going to run T3 do it right. The dosages that you want to use is akin to taking 50 mgs/wk of test. What's the point?
 
What would you suggest Mak? I'm probably going to add in some T3 in a week or two to my mix, even though I don't really "need" it. I'm on the 2nd week of tren at 100mg/day and already looking better, use ECY stack and don't have a problem eating too much. I've just never been below about 7-8% bf at best, and I want to see how I'd look at like 5%. Not contest condition but somewhere close, so i can have an idea what it will take and how long for next summer's competitions. Normal ramping up and down? Or a straight 50-75mcg/day for a month or two?

Ramp up to 75 mcgs/day. That should do it, but you may need to increase the dose to 100 mcgs/day. When I did my show I got up to 100 mcgs/day and that was good. I'd run it for about 2 months or until you hit your goal. Then taper down.

Mak, So you are saying to run your highest dosage until you reach your goals(75 mcg in this case), and then taper down. So you dont think sticking to a 6 week cycle is necessary? What taper down would you recommend to minimise crash symptoms?

How does this look: 12.5mcg 5 days
37.5mcg 5 days
75mcg 10 days
37.5mcg 5 days
25mcg 5 days
12.5mcg 5 days
6.5mcg 5 days
6.5mcg eod 5 days

I would taper like this: 25 mcgs/day for 4 days, 50 mcgs/day for 4 days, then 75 mcgs/day for the remainder until you reach your goal. You can go higher if you want, but it probably won't be necessary. Then taper down like this: 50 mcgs/day for a week, 25 mcgs/day for a week, then off.
 
Thanks Mak.You dont think 25mcg to nothing will cause a crash? Can i use T3 by itself followed directly by a clen cycle. Will this work. What is the maximum time you would stay on the Clen?
