i need someone to breakdown and exact taper for a 50mcg T3 cycle.

wanna go

A ggod friend of mine is looking to cut fat and is gonna start a t3 cycle but I have no experience with this to help him. he has been in the gym for years but recently fell of for about 2 yrs and put on some weight. has been going strong for a month now and wants to start t3 soon to assist. thanks!
 
i dont know bro, I read that a healthy adult human thyroid naturally produces around 25mcg daily on its own.

why dont you go:

day 1 25mcg
day 2 50mcg
day 3 50mcg
day 4 50mcg
day 5 75mcg
day 6 75mcg
day 7 75mcg
day 8 100mcg
day 9 100mcg
day 10 100mcg
day 11 100mcg
day 12 100mcg
day 13 100mcg
day 14 75mcg
day 15 75mcg
day 16 75mcg
day 17 50mcg
day 18 50mcg
day 19 50mcg
day 20 50mcg
day 21 25mcg
day 22 25mcg

done!

but dont listen to me. I have never ran T3. So wait for the experienced people to give their input.
 
I have read some threads that people got good results from 50mcg total on their first run. He already knows that his diet and tranning are more of a priority than the T3.

I need some more help here guys!!
 
I do not recommend T3 unless you are competing.

My thyroid died a while back and I am stuck using 50mcgs for the rest of my life. I would not wish this upon my worst enemy. Depression, lethargy, eating 1700 calories a day and not being able to lose weight. Having to work twice has hard in the gym to put on mass...the list goes on.

Diet and exercise and the proper supplements are the best route. I always say if you cannot lose weight with diet and exercise then something is wrong with your diet and exercise.

If you do decide to use T3 keep the doses small. IMO 100mcg is as high as you want to go. atown777's cycle looks good.
