T3 on eating days while off?

Hey!

What do U think about this. While dieting with no steroids I have one or 2 days where I eat what I want, often fridag and sutarday. Do U think, or might know, if my naturall thyroid would decrease on the monday or tuesday if I would take 25-50mcg on the "eating" day?? I mean this small dose wouldn't burn muscles, just fat, and maybe increase metabolism even more.
 
nope...you're either taking t3 or you're not taking t3...it doesn't work as a magic pill that can be taken only on cheat days...the true effects of t3 won't be seen for a couple weeks...it will do absolutely nothing taken once or twice a week

Ok, thanks. Would It be ok to use T3 at 12.5 or maybe 25mcg while not on steroids, only ECA, eating 3.5g protein per kg BW...for a period of 4-5 weeks. Would this burn muscle, my metabolism is VERY low already. I tend to gain weight easily, fat and muscles..so Maybe 25mcg wouldn't eat up muscles..?

12.5 won't do anything
 
T3 is serious medication. I don't understand why you simply don't lower your calories instead of just throwing T3 in there.

You could use Clen to burn some extra calories if you really insist or 12.5 mcg of T3 for no more than 6-8 weeks which I think is the lazy way out.
